We highlight every year with an annual conference in labor-management cooperation, featuring a combination of nationally recognized speakers as well as representatives from local resources.
In addition, throughout the year, The Center offers a variety of one and two-day workshops on topical and significant work place issues facing unions and employers. Past workshops have focused on topics including self-directed/managed work teams, ESOP's, reducing worker's compensation costs through employee involvement, work place recycling, creative problem solving, and a variety of others.
