The current Director of CCCI, Martin Fitts, is the former staff director of the now-closed Toledo Labor-Management-Citizens Committee, a mediation and dispute resolution resource formerly available to our area’s entire labor-management community. The CCCI will utilize the director’s wealth of experience in labor-management dispute resolution to provide a wide range of dispute resolution services to area contractors and building trades such as grievance arbitration and mediation, interest-based bargaining and problem-solving training and facilitation, and other labor-management dispute resolution services.
